Nicholas Sparks' works get my nod. I'm not really a fan of romance novels but I enjoyed reading his books.

I have so many "most loved" romance novels, I can't choose just one. But just to name a few, it's:

The Marriage Lesson by Victoria Alexander
Gentle Rogue by Johanna Lindsay
The Gift by Julie Garwood
Romancing Mr. Bridgerton by Julia Quinn
Temporary Wife by Mary Balogh
Once and Always by Judith Mcnaught
Guardian Angel by Julie Garwood

I can still name a few more but to do so would defy the poster's question.

wow! i'll try to read that

My choice would be The Bridges of Madison County by Robert James Waller.  I just adore the story.  cry

i still love "The Promise" by Danielle Steele.  no matter how many times i read this book, i am still so deeply touched.  and my all-time-favorite - "Love Story" by Erich Segal.

I think my favorite has to be Romancing Mr Bridgerton by Julia Quinn. I've read that book over and over again.
